Loaders

John Deere Front Loaders

A John Deere front loader turns a tractor into the hardest-working machine on the place: moving mulch, gravel, manure, round bales and snow. Each loader is designed for a specific tractor family, so the mounting, hydraulics and lift capacity match the tractor it goes on.

Koenig Equipment sells loaders for 1 Series compact tractors up through 6 Series utility tractors across Ohio and Indiana. Tell us what you drive, or request a quote, and our team will match the right loader and mounting kit.

Which Loader Fits Your Tractor?

Find your tractor family below, then compare the loaders built for it. Lift capacity is measured at the pivot pin at full height, so real-world capacity varies with the bucket or attachment you use.

John Deere Loader FAQs

What loader fits my John Deere tractor?
Use the table above as a starting point. Loaders are matched to tractor families, and the exact mounting kit depends on your model and model year. Bring us your tractor model and serial number, including older tractors, and our team will confirm what fits.

What loader goes on a 1025R?
The 120R and 120E both fit the 1023E and 1025R. The 120R also fits the 2025R and uses Quik-Park stands for easy attachment and removal. See our compact tractor packages for a 1025R and loader together.

Can I take the loader off when I do not need it?
Yes. Many John Deere loaders use Quik-Park mounting or integrated parking stands, and the 540R and 6 Series R loaders use an Automatic Mast Latch for tool-free removal and attachment.

What is a Mechanical Self-Leveling (MSL) loader?
MSL is an option on several loaders, including the 120R, 220R, 300E and 520M. Ask our team whether an MSL or non-self-leveling boom fits your work better.

Can I use skid steer attachments on a tractor loader?
The 440R lists an optional skid steer attachment carrier. Many other loaders use a Quik-Change attachment carrier, so our team can help you match attachments to your loader.
