John Deere Certified Technicians

All Koenig technicians are certified to work on your equipment. Several have achieved extraordinary levels that are highlighed below. 

Level 3 Certified: Level 3 technicians are John Deere Core Certified, achieved a 70% or greater score on the OMEDA skills test, JD Tech Program Core Certified, certified in at least 1 product line and have a minimum 36 months experience.

Level 4 Certified: Level 4 technicians meet the same standards as level 3 technicians in addition they are certified in 3 more product lines and have achieved Master certification in at least 1 product line.
