Description
This used John Deere 1770NT CCS planter is configured with 24 rows at 30-inch spacing and a flex-fold frame. Its Central Commodity System features two 50-bushel tanks, while vacuum metering and Pro-Shaft-driven Pro-Series XP row units support consistent seed delivery. Row Command and a variable drive with two hydraulic motors and half-width disconnect provide added control over planting sections. Row-unit features include Tru-Vee openers, single walking gauge wheels, pneumatic down force, unit-mounted coulters with 0.63-inch 25-fluted blades, and a closing-wheel combination of one rubber and one spike-tooth wheel. The planter also has mini seed hoppers, regular seed tubes with AccuCount sensors, two vacuum-level sensors, steel opener scrapers, and regular parallel arms. Fold-over markers include 16-inch notched disks, depth-gauging bands, and controls independent of planter lift. A two-point hitch, rear trailer hitch, and tractor-attachment components for specified John Deere 8000, 8010, 8020, 8030, and 8R wheel and track row-crop tractors round out the configuration. The SeedStar monitor system is included without a tractor harness, display, or radar. A MonTag 1,200-gallon fertilizer cart adds capacity for fertilizer placement, with a seed-firmer placement system and visual flow indicator.
