What Happens During a Property Plan Visit?

Each property visit runs approximately an hour. Your Koenig specialist comes prepared, having reviewed your intake form and property details in advance.

1.) Walk Your Property

Your Koenig specialist walks the land with you, identifying task zones and storage. Mowing areas, driveways, hauling routes, brush, trails, storage, and snow areas.

2.) Build Your Equipment Plan

Based on what we see together, your specialist builds a plan. Tractors, mowers, Gator UTVs, implements, and attachments matched to your needs.

3.) Receive Your Ownership Plan

Within 24 hours of your visit, you receive a full ownership plan with equipment options, financing, trade-in guidance, delivery details, and Implement Membership Program options.
