Lift Arms & Lift Links

John Deere lift arms and lift links form essential components of the three-point hitch system on tractors. They work together to raise, lower, and stabilize implements, enabling precise control of equipment height and operating angle in the field.

Enhancing Operator Efficiency and Precision

John Deere lift arms and lift links from Koenig Equipment translate commands from the tractor’s hydraulic system or manual levers into accurate implement movement. This capability allows for smooth transitions and adjustments, supporting both productivity and equipment protection.

How to Choose the Right Lift Arm or Lift Link

The lift arms on the rockshaft raise and lower your three-point hitch, and the lift links connect them to the lower arms. On most tractors one lift link is adjustable so you can level an implement from side to side.

Before you order, check three things: your tractor model and serial number, your hitch category, and which side you need. Left and right parts are often different, and a part from another hitch category will not fit the same pins.

Replace a lift link that is bent, has stretched or oval pin holes, or has a worn or seized adjusting crank. A worn link lets the implement sag or rock, which shows up as uneven depth in the field.

Order online through John Deere's parts store with Koenig as your dealer, then pick it up at your Koenig store or have it shipped. If you are not sure you have the right part, call or stop by our parts counter with your model and serial number and we will look it up for you.

Lift Arms and Lift Links FAQ

What is the difference between a lift arm and a lift link?

The lift arm is attached to the tractor's rockshaft and does the lifting. The lift link is the vertical rod that connects the lift arm to the lower hitch arm. Both have to be in good shape for the hitch to hold an implement level.

Should I replace both sides at once?

Not always. Check the pins, bushings and holes on both sides. If one side is worn the other side usually is too, and replacing both keeps the hitch level.

How do I find the exact part number?

Look up your tractor by model and serial number in the John Deere Parts Catalog, or give our parts counter your serial number and we will find it for you.
