I had a problem with my almost 40 yr old professional 12 g riding lawn mower tractor. I talked to Brian and it was obvious that not only did he know what I was talking about, I knew exactly what he was talking about. He seemed younger and how he knew this was pretty much mind blowing. What he suggested worked like a dream. What he suggested had detail 3x into it and that's exactly how it went. In the end my tractor started and panned out exactly how he said it would. I am older but If your boss doesn't give you a performance raise and I was starting a same professional bush ads, I would absolutely steal you from them to help my business succeed. They had the part I needed. 2nd post - Because of great service on my JD in spring I purchased a Stihl chainsaw from them.
