2026 John Deere S240
Lawn & Garden Tractors in Richmond, IN

The John Deere S240 lawn tractor suits homeowners with a bigger yard who want to cut mowing time without stepping up to a larger machine. Its 48 in. Accel Deep mower deck is a side discharge design with a deep, stamped steel shell, which helps keep the cut clean in tall grass or at a quicker pace. The 21.5 hp V-twin engine gives smooth power in thick turf, and the hydrostatic transaxle with side-by-side pedals and standard cruise control lets you hold a steady speed and stay comfortable on long passes. The electric PTO clutch makes blade engagement easy, the easy-level deck helps keep the cut even, and the wash port with a hose end makes cleanup after mowing simple. Representative photos shown.
