What is the difference between the E, M and R round balers?
E models, like the 451E, have a regular pickup, net lift assist and net hood lighting. M models add a MegaWide pickup, moisture sensors, a weighing system and bale documentation in the John Deere Operations Center. R models add a High Capacity pickup with an optional precutter.
Can a John Deere baler track bale moisture and weight?
Yes. M and R round balers and the L341 large square balers work with John Deere moisture sensors and a weighing system, and bale data can be documented in the Operations Center.
Which baler should I consider for wrapped bales?
The V451R and V461R variable chamber balers offer a 13 or 25 knife precutter, and the C451R bales and wraps 4 x 5 ft bales in one machine.
