When a customer's mower went down and left him behind on mowing, Stu worked with Koenig's Service Department to get him into a new John Deere S240 mower within 24 hours — a turnaround that genuinely surprised the customer. Another customer, Larry, who runs a local mowing service, had grown tired of constantly repairing two non-John Deere units.
