Description

The 360 DASH system adapts to existing power and data communication architecture on Precision Planting and John Deere ExactEmerge high speed planters. An innovative, wireless WIFI communication system from each valve reduces harness cost and reliability issues.

360 DASH includes a flow meter and filter. This meter is accurate over a wide flow range (.025 - .65 GPM) and is compatible with common liquid products (water, 28%, 10-34-0, biologicals and more). Each flow meter communicates rate to the 360 DASH valve, then through the wireless communications hub, back to the 360 DASH control app in the cab.

Precision Metered Fertilizer Application: Instead of a continuous stream, 360 DASH meters a two- or three-inch "dash" of fertilizer, positioning it for rapid interception by seedling roots.

Intelligent Seed-Triggered Dosing: The "dash" is triggered by a passing seed. A seed sensor detects the seed and activates a high-speed actuator, while the 360 DASH needle valve controls the rate and pulses.

High-Speed and Variable Rate Compatibility: Achieve accurate pulses of fertilizer at speeds from four to 10 mph and rates from 2.5 to 15 GPA.

Significant Fertilizer Savings: Increase seed-area concentration of starter without increasing overall volume. Apply only 2.5 GPA while providing the seed an effective rate of 5 GPA, cutting starter costs in half.

Optimized Fertilizer Placement: For the same total starter cost at five GPA across the field, 360 DASH concentrates fertilizer into a two-inch dash around the seed for an effective seed rate of 15 GPA.

Versatile Compatibility: 360 DASH works with various starter application tools, including the 360 WAVE and most Keeton Seed Firmers.

Integrated Pump System: Uses an AgXcel pump system with the "360 DASH Package" (sold separately) for uniform pressure, filtering, and compatibility with the 360 DASH control app.

Simple Setup and Control: Configure and control settings via the 360 DASH App on your iPad. Adjust the "dash" length and position—on, between, or next to the seed.
