2024 John Deere 35P
Compact Excavators in Tipp City, OH

The John Deere 35P is a compact excavator for homeowners, landscapers and contractors who need to dig, trench and move material close to buildings, fences and traffic without bringing in a larger machine. The zero-tail-swing design lets the operator work near obstacles with less risk of contact, which suits residential lots, urban jobsites and confined utility work. Rubber tracks are gentler on driveways, lawns and finished surfaces than steel tracks, so crews can move around a property with less cleanup afterward. The canopy gives the operator overhead protection during long days of digging. A maximum digging depth of 10 ft covers drainage lines, utility trenches and general excavation, and the standard auxiliary hydraulics let one machine run attachments for trenching, grading and material handling. A Yanmar engine provides the power. Representative photos shown. Actual unit may vary.
