John Deere AutoConnect Mower Decks
An AutoConnect deck lets you drive your compact tractor over the deck to hook it up, so mowing no longer means crawling under the tractor. The decks run off the tractor's mid PTO, and you can leave a loader or rear 3-point hitch attachment on while you mow.

Which AutoConnect Deck Fits Your Tractor?
Deck width and tractor size go together. Wider decks cover more ground per pass but need a larger tractor to carry them.

How do I install an AutoConnect mower deck?
You drive the tractor over the deck to connect it. On 1 Series and 2 Series tractors, the deck can be installed or removed in less than 5 minutes.
Can I keep my loader on while mowing?
Yes. AutoConnect decks are compatible with loaders and rear 3-point hitch attachments, so you can leave them on while you mow.
How do I adjust the cutting height?
On the 54D and 60D you turn a knob on the tractor. The 72D uses a one-pin adjustment.
How do I level a John Deere mower deck?
Follow the leveling steps in your operator's manual for your deck. If the cut is still uneven, our service team can level the deck and check blades and spindles for wear.
Will an AutoConnect deck fit my older tractor?
It depends on the model and year. Give our parts team your tractor model and serial number and we will confirm fit before you buy.
