John Deere Compact Construction Attachments

The right attachment turns one John Deere skid steer, compact track loader or compact wheel loader into a grapple, a broom, a trencher or a tiller. Changing tools takes minutes, so the machine earns its keep on more jobs through the year.

Koenig Equipment sells John Deere compact construction attachments across Ohio and Indiana. Tell us what machine you run and the work you have, and our team will help you pick attachments that fit its hydraulics and coupler.

Compact Construction Attachment FAQs

Are skid steer attachments universal?
Not always. Many John Deere attachments mount with the skid steer style Quik-Tatch coupler, but size, weight and hydraulic flow still have to match the machine. Our team can confirm the fit before you buy.

Which attachments need high-flow hydraulics?
It depends on the attachment. TR trenchers use a planetary drive that takes advantage of high-flow hydraulics, while TC trenchers and rotary tillers are built to run on standard flow.

How do I change attachments on a John Deere skid steer?
With the Quik-Tatch coupler, you line up the coupler with the attachment, pick it up and lock it in place. Optional electrically actuated Quik-Tatch on G-Tier skid steers lets you connect some attachments without leaving the cab.

What attachment should I use for land clearing?
Rock grapples are built for land clearing, brush removal and jobsite cleanup, and root rakes handle clearing jobs as well. A rock bucket sifts out rock and debris while you dig.

Where can I buy John Deere skid steer attachments?
At any Koenig Equipment store, or request a quote from the attachment page. Genuine wear parts such as cutting edges are available anytime on Koenig Marketplace.
