How much horsepower does the John Deere 9RT have?
The 9RT 490, 540 and 590 are rated at 490, 540 and 590 engine hp, with 537, 595 and 649 maximum engine hp. Rated PTO power is 335 hp on all three.
Does the 9RT have a diesel particulate filter?
No. The JD14 engine uses a high-pressure common rail fuel system with a diesel oxidation catalyst and selective catalytic reduction, and no diesel particulate filter. It offers a 500-hour engine oil change interval with approved John Deere oil and filter.
What hydraulic flow does the 9RT have?
The standard pump delivers 55 gpm, and an optional dual-pump system delivers 110 gpm. Four rear SCVs are standard, up to six can be factory installed, and SCV 7 and SCV 8 can be added in the field.
What is the top speed of a 9RT?
The e18 PowerShift transmission with Efficiency Manager has a 25 mph top speed, and the engine brake helps control speed during transport and downhill travel.
