Ag Service, Parts and Precision Support

Tillage tools live on wear parts. Our parts teams stock genuine John Deere sweeps, points, shanks and disk blades, and our ag service technicians handle bearings, hydraulics and frame repairs. You can also order parts anytime on Koenig Marketplace.

TruSet and Autonomy Ready tools depend on the tractor display, so ask about our precision technology support. Schedule service or book an ag off-season inspection.

John Deere Tillage FAQs

What is vertical tillage?
Vertical tillage tools cut and size surface residue without inverting the soil, which helps seedbeds warm and dry. The 2633VT works at 7 to 10 mph in widths from 20 ft 9 in. to 40 ft 8 in.

What is the difference between a ripper and a min till ripper?
Both break up deep compaction. Min till rippers and subsoilers are designed to shatter compaction while keeping more residue on the surface, and the MT Series comes in 5, 7, 9 and 11 standard models.

What is TruSet?
TruSet Active, found on tools like the 2230 field cultivator and 2330 mulch finisher, adjusts tillage depth automatically for field conditions such as tire sink in soft soil or residue build up, with no operator input.

How fast can a high-speed disk run?
The HSD high-speed disks work at up to 14 mph, and the 2680H High Performance Disk covers acres at 10 to 14 mph while mixing and burying residue.

Do you carry tillage tools for compact and utility tractors?
Yes. Frontier tools like the PC10 field cultivator and PM10 middle buster fit Category 1 3-point hitches on 25 to 45 hp tractors, and the RT30 rotary tiller is iMatch and quick hitch compatible.
